What helps us help you
- Your macOS version and the kind of Mac, for example MacBook Air M1
- The MacLenz version, shown in Settings, then About
- What you expected and what happened instead
- For billing questions, the email address you used to pay
Common requests
Where to go for each
Refunds. Write within 14 days of a payment and the refund goes back to the original payment method. See the refund policy.
Privacy requests. To delete order details or leave the launch list, write with the email address you used. The privacy policy explains what is held.
Cancelling. Use Manage subscription in MacLenz or the link in your receipt email.
